Briefly About Our Company

Quietly forging relationships with clients, communities and industry associates for more than fourteen years, Victory Renovations stands apart from the competition. Part of The Victory Companies, Victory Renovations has the unique ability to offer many benefits to its customers. The Victory Companies owns not only Victory Renovations, but also two building companies: Allan Builders, LLC, which focuses on semi-custom, affordable homes, and Victory Homes of Wisconsin, Inc., a luxury home builder. Each division operates independently, but together they focus on one goal — creating happy customers. The three companies can also offer unique benefits to their customers, like more buying power, more combined years of experience, and a more dedicated team of contractors due to the amount of business they generate.

A Remodeling Company is Born

Over the years both of the building companies began to receive requests from their clients to finish their home’s lower levels, and sometimes again to update a kitchen or bath. Allan & Victory’s construction crews happily completed these projects even though it wasn’t in their official scope of work. Over time, the projects multiplied and the people that were referring friends and family to build new homes now started referring them for remodeling projects as well.

“The requests kept coming in and we realized that our homeowners were reaching out because they love the homes we built for them and they trusted us to do quality work,” says John Stoker, co-owner of The Victory Companies. “We were getting so many of these requests that we had to take it seriously.”

It was in response to these requests that Victory Renovations was officially launched in 2012. Since then, our professional remodeling staff has helped many people to fall in love with their homes again.

The first step in our process is to listen. We’ll discuss your list of wants and needs and get a feel for your personal style. It’s most helpful if you can provide us with the plans for your existing home, but if they’re not available we’ll measure your home and create a floor plan that shows the existing locations of walls, doors, and windows for the area where the remodeling will occur. We will meet with you to discuss your budget and prepare a detailed project overview. This will define your needs and objectives such as function, size, room relationships, style, and other considerations that affect how you want to live in your new space.

During the design phase of your  home remodel we’ll help you to make decisions about how you will use the space and what features to include. After you feel comfortable, we’ll refine the design and provide a complete set of drawings which may include demolition plans, floor plans, elevations, and electrical layouts. Also included are millwork details, construction schedules,  and specifications. At this stage, you will begin to make selections which might include cabinetry, counter tops, flooring, plumbing fixtures, tile, and wall finishes. The final working drawings wil be completed and a team of dedicated subcontractors that will participate in your project are called in to be briefed on the project. These subcontractors will review their scope of work on your project and submit proposals to Victory Renovations. Upon completion of this step, you will receive a finalized project cost.

Prior to the start of construction, our project manager will meet with you to discuss your project, the construction process and how we can keep your household running as smoothly as possible. Our project management team will take care of scheduling the subcontractors and create a construction schedule outlining the various phases of your renovation. We’ll help guide you through decisions for your hardware styles and finishes, lighting and electrical fixtures, color schemes and any other choices unique to your project. Our project manager will monitor construction during his nearly daily visits to the job site, and our office staff and resources will be available to you.
